Shackle Frame Eye Hanger
These
were done as an option to those running narrower front springs
like the ever popular 52's or 56" rears. Quite a bit
stronger than factory and already designed to accomodate the
narrower springs. Made from 1/4" steel and .25 wl. Dom
tubing. Not shown in the photo but these do come with Greasable
Poly bushings and sleeves. 9/16" bolts are required.
If you need some let me know. We have both greasable and standard
bolts.

Razor
Back Shock Mounts
This is a bolt on shock mount designed to fit the 14BFF axle
tube. Same as our axle clamp but a shock mount has been added.
5/8" shock bolt and Grade 9 clamp bolts are included.

The "Wraptor" anti wrap system is designed to be used
with our "BACKBONE"
truss sytem for the 14BFF, full size 73-87 Chevy/GMC pickups
and suburbans. A new Model is availalbe for 81-91 Blazers. Click

This is a very uniquely designed anti wrap bar. We have built
in a wristed shackle to eliminate any possible suspension bind.
Designed to fit any full size chevy pickup or suburban from
1973-1987(91) and blazers from 1981-1991 and comes with the
upper and lower bars, wristed shackle, crossmember, greasable
polys and grade 8 hardware. There are a few DIY elements to
this system. The upper and lower arms must be cut to length
and welded in place. The upper bar needs to be welded to the
wristed shackle and the lower bar gets attached to the upper.
Designing the kit this way allows us to make the kit as complete
as possible and working for as many rigs as possible, while
still maintaing the durability and strength you'll find in the
end product.
The new blazer model is different from the pickup/suburban model
to accomodate the shorter wheelbase. We have offset the Upper
and lower bars to the Driver side of the rear driveline.

Tied Shackles
These shackles are just a bit stouter than our regular shackle
sides. They are 3/8" thick steel, tied together in the
center with a 1" pin and fully welded. If your looking
for a serious shackle this will fill the bill. These come with
9/16" holes. We can of course customize them to suit your
needs both in length to some degree, and bolt hole size. Just
call to let us know what you need. These are sold in sets, or
enough to hook up both rear springs.

Shock
Absorber Inboarding Kit
Designed
to fit 73-87 Chevy pickups and Blazers. We can
change this to fit other applications in some cases. (call for details).
It
uses the rear rivet hole of the bump stop for location on the
frame rail. Four holes must be drilled on each frame rail for
mounting.
All
hardware is grade 8 and included. The shock eye bolts are 5/8"
diameter and fit most shocks without the steel sleeve.
We
also offer this kit with weld on lower mounts as an option. Radiused
to fit your 14BFF axle tube. These can also be modified to fit
other housings. (Call for details) These use 5/8" grade 8
bolts for the shocks.

(Beyond 52's)
Putting 52's (Stock chevy rear springs) on the front of your 4
wheel drive 73-80 chevy pickup, blazer or suburban? If so you
might be interested in a set of these. These are designed with
4 different mounting positions for the spring and two different
mounting position for the bracket. This gives you a total of 8
possible places to mount your spring to tune that shackle angle
to perfection.

FGB52
We've
designed a mounting kit for installing 52" springs on your
first generation (69-72') fullsize Chevy or GMC. This is a more
complete kit than our 2nd generation B52 kit as the modification
is more extensive.
The kit includes, the front spring hangers, shackle eye hanger
and 6" shackles standard as well as all the hardware required
to make the swap, every bolt required is included!. Poly urethanes
are included in the frame eye hanger. All you need to add is a
pair of 52" springs!
Some modifications required to install this kit include, trimming
of the forward cab mount and modifications to the shift linkage
on automatic transmission trucks or better yet, cable shift it!

BFF Spring Perches $40.00 pr.
Installing a One ton axle under a 3/4 ton or 1/2
ton frame? Brand swap? Or maybe you need to correct for proprer
pinoin angle. If so you'll need a pair of spring perches. These
are made specifically for the axle you have. No grinding to fit.
Single piece FULL BOX Construction. We also include 3 holes for
axle offset at center, 1" and 1.5". While your setting
things up you can adjust your axle position from center, 1"
or 1.5" off center. This is not designed to be adjustable
later and I don't know why you'd want too. This is intended to
help you get things set up right before you weld them on.

Spring Plates
These
are made of 1/4" thick steel. 45* bend on each end which stiffens
the plate as well as creates a nice radius to ride against your
spring rather than a sharp corner which will introduce a stress
riser on your main leaf. Bad place for a stress riser. The plate
is also boxed on the sides to stiffen it on the longitude. So, with
this combination of bends and reinforcement it is much more rigid
overall and comparable to thicker material without the dead weight.
The center pin hole is slotted which will allow for the use of offsets.

With this kit you not only get your 4" approximate lift but
at the same time you can get rid of the weak OEM shackle. With
the simple shackle sides its much easier to play with shackle
length and spring length to tune your leaf spring suspension.

Weld-On Spring Hanger Pair
We got a request to add these to our product line and liked the
idea so here ya go.
1/4" thick steel. 4 sping mount points for some adjustability
in your build. Stocked with 9/16" diameter chamferred holes
and 3" inside the walls. We can make some alterations on
these for hole diamter and can go wider if needed. Also readily
adaptable for tubing. Couple different ways we can do this so
give me a shout and we can discuss your needs.

This is a simple way to grab an extra inch of lift for that last
little bit of clearance or to level up your rig. Setup for center,
1" and 1.5" axle offsets. Bolts to your spring pack
just like and add a leaf but doesn't change the ride characteristics
