Panel Mount Tabs

These are made from 7ga. steel. Designed for mounting light weight panels on tubing. Floor panels, bed panels and dash panels to name a few. So, if your hip deep in a buggy build and need to get some sheet mounted, these will work for you just right. Default hole is 3/8" diameter. 00450c centers the panel on the tube and 00450f mounts the panel flush. This somewhat depends on the thickness of material you are using for your panel. We used .125" aluminum. One customer in particular used these to mount a midplate on a light weight transmission!

Angle Tabs

  

Constructed from 1/4" thick steel. A much cleaner installation than seperate tab and gusset (read easier for you!) with the same or stronger results. Pair them up in a Left and right configuration for a bullet proof mounting solution. Prevents deflection and the need for gusseting. Default hole is 1/2" diameter and radiused for a 1.75" diameter tube. Custom is easy! Give us a call.

Racer Tab - Small

Racer Tube Tab

Light weight tube tabs. 2.5" wide and 2.6" tall. Shown with a 1.5" radius cut for a 3" diameter tube. 5/8" maximum diameter hole. We can always customize these to suit your needs by altering the radius a bit or changing the hole diameter. So if you have a need for these give us a shout. Tube Tab

360 Tube Tab

Here's a tab for your tube work. 1/4" thick and wraps the tube 360* for the strongest of joints. Can be cut to fit any size tube. Don't forget to slide them on the tube before the tube is welded in place!

Staked Cage Flange

Sold in two piece sets. Made from 1/4" thick steel with a 1" anti shear pin in the center. The center pin is welded to one of the plates. These are for attaching portions of cage where you do not want bolt shearing to occur. These are generally used for tying major portions of cage together yet still be removable. Keep in mind in a serious rollover sometimes its better for portions to break away. Design your cage carefully.

Staked Cage Floor Plates

Sold in top/bottom sets. Made from 1/4" thick steel with a 1" anti shear pin in the center. The center pin is welded to the lower plate. The top plate becomes the drill template. The lower plate is 1/4" larger on all sides to prevent floor tearing. All corners are radiused to prevent "can opener action on the floor." Once these are mounted in place you can hide the center pin by dropping your cage tube over the anti shear pin.

Cage Flange

Sold in two piece sets. Constructed of 1/4" steel. These work great for attaching cage portions that will need to be separated at some point in the future and bolt shear is not a concern, such as tying rock sliders or bumpers to the cage.

Hydraulic assist Ram mount

This piece is designed to be mounted off of the Dana 60 cover bolts. The base plate is 1/2" thick and the ears themselves can be done up several different ways to accommodate your cylinder. The one shown is for a clevis end with a 3/4" pin. Also included with the kit but now shown is the Tab that welds to the tie rod.

Chain anchor

This is a weld on chain anchor. Pretty handy to have on the deck of your trailer or anywhere else you need to hook a chain. Simply weld them on and slide a chain in and hook it in place. Accepts 3/8" diameter links found commonly on trailers.

With the holes its still light weight and the work out real nice for tying off things you don't want flying around.

Heavy Washer

Due to popular demand from customers running rear springs in the front and needing to come up with a good way to fit a 2.5" wide spring into a 3" pocket. These are a quarter inch thick and are meant to be welded directly to the shackle or to the pocket sides to take up that extra half inch of space. Don't stack skinny washers. It just looks tacky. These are designed to work with about any shackle and fit real well with our heavy duty shackles. 1/2" diameter hole works for most applications or simply drill them out.
